Dr. Stout is a member of the faculty at California State University Fullerton, Brigham Young University Idaho, and the University of Arizona Global Campus. He co-founded and runs DoctorS Nonprofit Consulting and is a volunteer Chaplain with the City of Fullerton Police Department.
